1. 7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

2. Damaged Products During Courier Delivery

If your product arrives damaged due to courier handling or transportation, you must report the damage to us within 6 hours of receiving your order.

To report a damaged product, please provide:

Your order number and contact details.
Clear photographs or videos showing the damage.
Photographs of the product packaging, if applicable.

Please note: Damage complaints reported after the 6-hour reporting window will not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement for courier-related damage.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return or damage claim has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding its approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or an approved damage claim.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Products reported as damaged after the 6-hour reporting period are not eligible for damage-related refunds or replacements.
